Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sudarshan Paramedical, we strive to ensure our students and customers have a rewarding experience while accessing our educational resources. By purchasing any product or service on www.sudarshanparamedical.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Courses
Due to the digital nature of our educational content (Video Lectures, PDFs, Live classes), the following rules apply:

Final Sale: All enrollments in exam batches (e.g., RRB, AIIMS-CRE, State Lab Technician Batches) are considered final.

Non-Refundable: Once access to the digital dashboard or course material is granted, no refunds will be issued.

Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the same course, the additional amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days upon verification.

Batch Switching: Request for switching from one batch to another is subject to management approval and may incur an administrative fee.

2. Physical Products (Books)
For physical purchases such as the Lab Technician Book or Radiographer Book:

Damage/Defect: If you receive a book that is physically damaged or has printing defects, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation: Orders for physical books can be cancelled only before the item has been dispatched. Once the tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns: We accept returns within 2 days of delivery only if the book remains in its original, unused condition. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request for a duplicate payment or a damaged book:

Details Required: Include your full name, registered mobile number, Order ID, and a clear photo (in case of damaged books).

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original bank account or payment wallet used during the transaction.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

4. Policy Changes
Sudarshan Paramedical reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
